Tone is cheeky - played with the stereotype of the caustic, long-term front desk clerk unwilling to spend a minute longer on the phone than absolutely necessary. Potential guest is told to stay elsewhere because the property doesn't have Internet.

Poster - design & copy: Placed chain-wide, we designed the poster to divert a generally bleary-eyed customer's attention to alert them to an amenity available within the location.

Used as the solitary collateral in the chain, alongside barrista training to drive sales.
